Methodology
Paint Sculpting:
Painting for me is like glass blowing where I can control the viscosity of the matter and as with glass, they are both worked in a liquid state. But, unlike glass' ephemeral work time, paint has shown me its capacity to change its state at different stages of viscosity.
Over time, I developed techniques for the different stages of the evolutionary process as the paint changes from liquid to a solid.
The more I evolve in this creative process my techniques I require an increasing number of assistants to be able to set an instant of the evolution of matter in fragments of a seconds. It is from this, the subtitle of my last vernissage became "Projections and Ruminations of Color".

The Format:
By integrating my body proportions in my gestures, the pictorial expression (composition and color) and the format of the piece in union of the proportions of the golden ratio, phi Φ = 1.618; it allows me to follow the beauty matrix utilized by Plato, Leonardo da Vinci or, Le Corbusier; to obtain a pleasant setting in relation to the observer.
The Tools:
It is not the tools that adapt themselves to the viscosity of the paint but the pictorial intention and bodily gestures. By creating my own tools in metal or wood, I can control the outcome of abstract expression and reveal different combinations of emotional impressions.
The transformation of state:
Like cooling glass, paint will shrink during its' drying (which can take months or even years) and crack. The blending of my mediums organizes the cracking due to the evolutionary life of paint and the mixture of different viscosities which allows building of its structure in time. It is from my familiarity in working with different mediums that gives me the history to organize how the outcome will develop over time.
